I originally found the recipe to this blend online. I have it in my recipe app, but the link on Mastercook where I found it no longer works. So I am putting the recipe here so others can use it for their own baking needs. There are several variations of copycat recipes online and they all have similar ingredients with slightly different ratios. This one seems to work well when I need it.
I use this in my bread machine gluten-free bread.
This recipe came to me written in cups and teaspoons, so that is how I have it. I usually like to weigh my ingredients, but since this wasn’t written with any weights, it is one example when I don’t go by weight.
